Pay attention to the rules for staying in the accommodation, violating any of the rules below will result in cancellation of the reservation and a fine, when applicable:

1) SENDING A PHOTOGRAPH OF ALL GUESTS' DOCUMENTS - After making the reservation, it is mandatory to send a photo of the identity document (Brazilians) or passport (foreigners) of all guests.

2) Any type of parties, loudspeaker sound or noise in the apartment is prohibited (regardless of the time of day).

3) Visitors are prohibited from entering. It can only be permitted with prior authorization and submission of documents, and overnight visitors are prohibited.

4) Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

5) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

6) It is prohibited to place towels, rugs, clothes or any objects on windows, balconies or external areas.

7) It is prohibited to enter the building without a shirt.

8) It is prohibited to change or add guests after check-in or while the stay is in progress

9) Attention: Pool under maintenance for an indefinite period.
